About Caddo Point Estates
The estates were named out of respect for the Caddo Indians who lived in this area for over a thousand years. The Caddo left the area in the early 1800's, leaving behind arrow heads, clay pots, and a pristine forest of towering pines and massive hardwood trees. Caddo Point Estates went on the market in 2006 with a total of 11 waterfront lots and was completely sold out in 2011. Beautiful homes, with a variety of historical designs, now line the shore.
